Joshua Franklin is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2006 after clerking with the Honorable Dickinson R Debevoise, United States Senior District Judge, District of New Jersey.
Josh earned his bachelor's degree in marketing information systems from James Madison University in 2000. In 2005, he received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Newark, where he was managing articles editor for the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.
Josh is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, and the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations. |
