After graduating from law school at the University of Chicago, where he served on The Law Review, Mr. Dixon clerked for the Honorable C. Weston Houck of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the Honorable Karen J. Williams of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
