Mr. Weinreich is a private investor, and formerly the Chief Executive Officer and Global Head of Alternative Investments for Deutsche Asset Management (DeAM). The Global Alternative Investments Business is made of Absolute Return Strategies (hedge funds) and Real Estate Investment. Mr. Weinreich was also a member of DeAM's Executive Committee. Prior to this role, Mr. Weinreich held the position of Regional Head of Deutsche Asset Management in the Americas and Global Head of the firm's Absolute Return Strategies business. He has held a number of management positions during his 16-year tenure with Bankers Trust Company (Bankers Trust was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 1999), including Global Head of Investments for Bankers Trust Private Banking. He joined Bankers Trust in Company in 1985 and was elected Vice President in 1987, Managing Director in 1992. |
