Joshua Imhoff is a partner at Carrington Coleman. He has experience assisting a broad spectrum of clients with complex real estate, lending and oil and gas transactions involving acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, and secured financing. Mr. Imhoff also has significant litigation experience, giving him unique insights into the needs and objectives of his transactional clients. Prior to joining Carrington Coleman, Mr. Imhoff served as a Briefing Attorney to Attorney General Greg Abbott at the time he served as a Justice on the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Imhoff has been named by Texas Monthly magazine as a "Rising Star" lawyer for 2005, 2006 and 2007. He was admitted to practice in Texas in 1998. |
