Dr. Gotkin, a Principal with ERS Group, joined the firm in 1996. He manages projects ranging from class actions to single plaintiff cases for matters involving employment discrimination allegations, FLSA wage and hour claims, and economic damages. Dr. Gotkin designs and prepares analyses for labor issues that apply statistical techniques and labor economics to employment practices in government and private sector organizations. He also supervises economists and other research staff. Dr. Gotkin has written papers analyzing the impact of arbitration legislation on financial markets and labor disputes. He earned his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Arizona. He was an instructor of economics at Pima Community College and an adjunct professor at the University of Arizona. |
