Mr. Hauser joined Odyne in 2004 as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Finance, and a Director. He brings over 30 years experience in industrial and military electronics. From 1967 to 1984, he held various positions, including VP of Manufacturing, VP Operations and General Manager at Lambda Electronics, a division of Veeco Instruments Inc.; from 1984 to 1989, he was Executive Vice-President and Director of Veeco Instruments Inc., a NYSE listed company; from 1989 to 1996, he was Managing Director of Unitech plc, a LSE listed company; and from 1996 to 1999, he was President of Siebe Power Controls, a division of Siebe plc, a LSE listed company. Mr. Hauser has served the Board of Directors of Veeco Instruments Inc. (NYSE), NEMIC-Lambda KK (Tokyo Stock Exchange), and Unitech plc (London Stock Exchange). Since leaving Siebe plc in 1999, Mr. Hauser has managed a successful management consulting business. He is currently a Director of Transistor Devices, Inc. Mr. Hauser received a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering degree in 1966 and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering degree in 1968 from Columbia University.
