Josh Whitehead manages WaterburyGroup's internal research function in our Dayton/Cincinnati location. Working with WaterburyGroup internal proprietary research tools, Josh and his team are responsible for working directly with the assigned engagement manager and the respective client to develop the preliminary target list for direct recruiting. Josh and his team are also actively involved with candidate prescreening and reference verification. His research experience covers a wide array of industry verticals to include: Professional Services, Retail, Engineering Services, Manufacturing and a particular concentration in the Automotive industry.

Josh is currently working toward finishing his undergraduate studies at Wright State University with a concentration in Business Management. He is also actively involved with local charitable organizations and youth groups.
