Joshua Wenderoff brings to CLS a broad range of experiences including corporate communications, public affairs, investor relations, and financial media relations. At CLS, Mr. Wenderoff has worked with a diverse group of clients on varied issues. He has applied his expertise on issues affecting the technology and communications industries to help such clients as Verizon and Oracle on both business and political issues. In the international arena, Mr. Wenderoff has worked with the World Bank and the Republic of Serbia to build an infrastructure and public education program for communicating the economic reform process to the Serb people. Other clients past and present include the American Red Cross, General Electric, Arthur Andersen, the World Bank’s International Finance Corporation, the Public Education Network, the Computer and Communications Industry Association, and NetCoalition. Prior to joining CLS, Mr. Wenderoff served as an account supervisor in the investor relations practice of Makovsky & Company, a New York-based public relations and investor relations firm. There, he was responsible for positioning and message development and for managing ongoing investor relations programs. He helped to expand sell-side coverage and institutional ownership for clients in the e-commerce, information technology, financial services, semiconductor, business software and services, media, and retail industries. In addition, Mr. Wenderoff created and implemented financial media relations programs, both on an ongoing basis and in conjunction with such major transactions as IPOs and mergers and acquisitions. He was responsible for placing his clients in national and local print, broadcast and online outlets. Mr. Wenderoff is a graduate of the College of William and Mary where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Religion. |
