Founder and Managing Principal of Salmon River Capital, a private equity/venture capital firm that invested in PFS in 2005. Mr. Lewis is Chairman of the PFS advisory board. Mr. Lewis is also a Special Partner at Insight Venture Partners, another private equity/venture capital firm with an investment in PFS. He has over 15 years of venture capital and private equity experience across a broad range of growth industries. Previously, he was a Managing Director/Partner of Warburg Pincus, where he served for over a decade, and a Partner of Forstmann Little & Co. He was also previously associated with Lehman Bros., StoneWater Capital, a public equity investment firm he co-founded and with which he remains associated, and Noble Grossart Ltd. Mr. Lewis is also a director of the Capella Education Company, a leading provider of post-secondary education, Chairman of New Leaders for New Schools, a pioneering social enterprise that trains principals for the nation’s largest urban school districts, and a longstanding Advisor to the Rockefeller Foundation |
