Josh J. LaRocca Managing Partner Josh recently joined Mohr Partners with nearly ten years experience in exclusively representing the real estate needs of tenants. While his primary focus is office and industrial tenant representation, he also assists his clients with corporate acquisition and disposition services as well as strategic planning and project management. In the last two years alone, Josh has been involved in and completed more than 65 transactions totaling in excess of $27 million in cumulative value, both from a lease and sales standpoint. His industry specialties include Healthcare, financial structuring, portfolio analysis, distribution, manufacturing, and energy. A partial list of his clients include companies such as Apache Corporation, ADV Films, Hope Lumber & Supply Company, Unique Industrial Products Company, Bosworth Papers and Wood Group. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Josh was with Blackstone Partners, which he formed with his three partners in 2003 and which was acquired by Studley in 2004. Prior to forming Blackstone, Josh developed his real estate expertise by spending seven years in the Corporate Services division at InSite Realty Partners, a Houston based, full-service commercial real estate firm. Before beginning his full-time career in the real estate industry, Josh participated in the NFL-Europe professional football league, as well as brief stints with the Dallas Cowboys and the Denver Broncos of the National Football League. Josh is a graduate of Rice University in Houston, TX where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree. While attending Rice, he was the starting quarterback for the football team in the early 1990’s. He is active in the university community and a lifetime member of the prestigious R Association. Josh is also an active participant in the Sugar Land community and is a member of St. Laurence Catholic Church. |
