Mr. Cohen is a Partner of City Light Capital, where he manages their venture capital portfolio companies, is the interim Director of Business Development for Enforsys, Inc., and sits on several for profit and non-profit Advisory Boards. Mr. Cohen has also been the Director of Corporate Development for Mobility Electronics. In this role, he was responsible for the purchase of synergistic assets from CNF, investments in 2C Computing and Portsmith, a joint development to create automatic backup for universal docking and the acquisition of Magma. Prior to joining Mobility, Mr. Cohen was an investment banker in the technology group of Deutsche Banc Alex Brown in San Francisco. Mr. Cohen contributed to several public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, including Extensity, WebEx Communications, Mobility Electronics and the sale of yesmail.com to CMGI. Mr. Cohen graduated as an Angell Scholar from the University of Michigan.
