Joshua J. Harris, became a director on November 30, 2005 and a director of Metals USA Holdings Corp. on May 9, 2005. Mr. Harris is a founding partner of Apollo since 1990. Prior to that time, Mr. Harris was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. Mr. Harris is also a director of Hexion Specialty Chemicals, Inc., Nalco Holding Company, Quality Distribution, Inc., UAP Holding Corp., Covalence Specialty Materials, Inc., Verso Paper Inc.and Momentive Performance Materials Holdings Inc. Mr. Harris graduated Summa Cum Laude and Beta Gamma Sigma from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business with a BS in Economics, and received his MBA from the Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker and Loeb Scholar. |
