Josh E. Fidler has been a director of the Company since August 2004. Mr. Fidler is a General Partner and co-founder of Boulder Ventures, Ltd., a manager of venture capital funds, which has been in operation since 1995. Since 1985, he also has been a principal in a diversified real estate development business, The Macks Group. Mr. Fidler was formerly a practicing attorney with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison where he specialized in corporate and securities law. He is a member of the Maryland and New York Bars. Mr. Fidler received a law degree from New York University School of Law, cum laude, and his B.A. in Public Policymaking from Brown University. He is a member of the Maryland Region Advisory Board of SunTrust Bank and the Board of Trustees of The Park School. |
