Ms. McPeak is an associate in the Las Vegas office who works primarily in the areas of commercial and civil litigation. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, from the preliminary stages of a dispute through the appellate process.
Ms. McPeak is admitted to practice in all Nevada state courts as well as the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.
