Joseph Tenne has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ormat Technologies, Inc. since March 2005. Previously Mr. Tenne served as Chief Financial Officer of Treofan Germany GmbH & Co. KG, a polypropylene film manufacturer, and from 1997 through 2003, he was a partner in Kesselman & Kesselman, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited. Since January 8, 2006, Mr. Tenne has also been the Chief Financial Officer of Ormat Industries Ltd. He is a member of the Board of Directors of AudioCodes Ltd., a NASDAQ-listed company.
Mr. Tenne earned a Master of Business Administration in 1987 and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics in 1981 both from Tel Aviv University. |
