Joseph’s practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation. His practice includes civil rights, constitutional law, employment discrimination, administrative law and other civil and commercial litigation. Joseph represents a variety of public entities, private businesses, corporations and insurers. He has argued cases in front of the Colorado Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Joseph’s practice also includes work in sports law. He has a Master of Arts in Sport Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Joseph joined Hall & Evans after working for the Colorado Attorney General’s office for eight years. Prior to joining the Attorney General’s office, Joseph was a prosecutor with the Adams County District Attorney’s office. He was admitted to practice in Colorado in 1991. He received his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in 1991, and received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado in 1988. |
