Previously, Joe was the Executive Vice President of Finance and Operations for an internet security based technology company that was sold to a public entity. He also spent approximately seventeen years in the public accounting environment, including eight years in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. His accounting background includes providing financial statement audit services combined with process development and reengineering capabilities to clients in various industries, as well as experience assisting companies with the IPO process and public company reporting requirements. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant. He earned an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Accounting from Indiana University. |
