Joe is a past President of the Association of Practicing CPAs in the Metropolitan Washington, DC, area, and a past chairman and member of the national accounts committee of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
A former college instructor, Joe frequently speaks on accounting and taxation subjects and has made numerous presentations at conferences sponsored by labor unions and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. He has authored several articles, including one on fraud and another on Department of Labor audits.
Joe has served as an officer and committee member of several civic and charitable organizations and his country club. |
