Joseph Munnelly was elected to the position of vice president and corporate controller by the Unisys Board of Directors in November 2005. As Corporate Controller, Joe is responsible for corporate accounting, external reporting, corporate operations analysis, and regional finance operations at Unisys.
Prior to joining Unisys, Joe was a partner at KPMG LLP in the Audit and Risk Advisory Services practice for three years, which included serving as the KPMG Philadelphia office Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 resource partner. Prior to KPMG, he spent sixteen years with Arthur Andersen in their New York and Philadelphia offices, most recently as a partner in the Audit and Business Advisory practice.
Joe, a certified public accountant, holds a BS in accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Associated Services for the Blind and the Lionville Youth Association.
