Joseph McCoin's practice focuses on providing strategic advice and legal counseling to clients in matters involving traditional labor law, employment law, health and safety compliance, and transportation law. In addition to his representation of clients in formal litigation, administrative hearings, and arbitrations, Mr. McCoin has served as the lead negotiator on behalf of management teams engaged in collective bargaining with various internationally affiliated and independent local unions.
