As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Laezza oversees the company's overall operation. Mr. Laezza joined Glowpoint with more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently as Vice President of Network Operations for Con Edison Communications, where he was responsible for the company's network operations, including service delivery and deployment. Prior to his position at Con Edison, Mr. Laezza held management positions at a number of telecommunications service providers, including AT&T and XO Communications where he was responsible for operations, service delivery, and customer service efforts. He has completed undergrad studies in Telecom Management at Denver University, management course at USC Center for Telecom Management, and completed several graduate level courses in business management from NYU. |
