Mr Gutnick has been the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since March 1988.
Mr Gutnick has been a Director of listed public companies since 1980 and is currently Chairman and Managing Director of four listed public companies, all of which are in Australia. He was also Executive Chairman of a Canadian Corporation listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He headed the teams that were responsible for the discovery, development and operation of several world class gold mines in Australia.
Mr Gutnick is a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining Metallurgy, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Member of the Institute of Company Directors in Australia, a former Director of the World Gold Council and was awarded the Diggers Award at the 1997 Australian Diggers and Dealer's Conference in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the exploration and mining industry. |
