Joseph F. Bastian is a seasoned international business professional who has spent the past 15 years specializing in broad-based workforce development and education initiatives. Mr. Bastian's career began in the automotive industry, where his work spanned the entire product development cycle from design engineering and manufacturing to marketing sales and service. From the automotive sector, Joseph moved into large government education programs, where he designed and developed multimedia learning programs for the Defense industry as well various federal and state agencies. Currently, Mr. Bastian leads multiple programs in the areas of workforce and organizational development, education and training. He also supports many non-profit and community service education programs, working with institutes of public learning, higher education and vocational workforce development entities. Mr. Bastian holds advanced degrees in instructional design and learning from Oakland University, the University of Detroit/Mercy and Oxford University in England.
