Joseph Atsmon was appointed director in November 2005. He currently serves as a director and Vice-Chairman of the board of directors of Nice Ltd. and as a director of Ceragon Networks and of Radvision Ltd. From 1995 until 2000, Mr. Atsmon served as Chief Executive Officer of Teledata Communications Ltd., a public company acquired by ADC Telecommunications Inc. in 1998. Prior thereto, Mr. Atsmon had a twenty-year career with Tadiran Ltd. In his last role at Tadiran Ltd., Mr. Atsmon served as Corporate VP for business development. Prior thereto, he served as President of various military communications divisions. Mr. Atsmon received a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, suma cum laude, from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in 1975. |
