Mr. McLeary is a private investor and Vice Chairman of the Board of Imperial Management Corporation, a property and casualty insurance company. He is also a part-time employee of Wunderlich Securities, Inc. From 1997 to 1999, he served as Chairman of Executive Financial Services, Inc., a private financial consulting and benefits administration firm. From 1987 to 1997, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Midland Financial Group, Inc., a publicly-owned automobile insurance company. From 1984 to 1987, he was president of McLeary & Co., a company organized to manage a privately held investment fund engaged in the acquisition of small businesses in the Memphis, Tennessee area. From 1969 to 1983, he was President and Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Cook International, Inc., a publicly owned agricultural commodities firm. Before 1969, he was employed by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Mr. McLeary has been a director of our company since February 1994. |
