Mr. Johnson has over seven years of experience as a litigator. Since clerking for the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department (1994-95), he has worked on a variety of commercial business disputes and insurance defense cases, including employment and securities arbitrations, professional liability matters and labor/construction law liability. He also has significant experience in appeals and some background in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
