Joseph is the Senior Vice President of Operations for PHS. Prior to Richard Henley being named President and CEO, Joseph served as the interim President and CEO of PHS.
In his role, Joseph oversees Professional Services; Patient Care Services; Information Systems, Security and Privacy; Human Resources; Physician Recruitment and the ESSA Heart and Vascular Institute. |
