Mr. Simrell's diversified experience includes over 20 years of financial, marketing and management experience in both large corporations and small start-ups. Prior to joining Primal in 1997, Mr. Simrell served as Chief Financial Officer for Garg Data International (GDI), a privately held systems integrator where he orchestrated a number of the company's domestic and international acquisitions that enabled growth from a start-up to a multi-million dollar business. Mr. Simrell was a principal in InteGroup, an international telecommunications and technology consulting firm where he was responsible for the company's Asia/Pacific client sales, as well as leading the Industry Marketing Group for BellSouth's advanced systems division.
