Joseph P. Reynolds was appointed Programme Director for the capital expansion of the Viking UK Gas Limited facilities. Mr. Reynolds has over 30 years experience developing and managing international midstream and downstream projects in oil, gas, LNG, power, renewable and chemical. He has held corporate and in-country management positions of subsidiary business in Europe, Latin America, and Asia in acquisitions, development and financing, construction of new facilities and development of new technology including heavy oil extraction, shale-oil, ethanol and biomass. After 15 years in operations and project positions with Occidental Petroleum he held General Manager and Vice President positions for Tenneco Gas /El Paso, Enron and Unocal. Mr. Reynolds holds a BS Engineering in Chemical/Petroleum Processing, University of Alabama, and Electrical/Process Control Engineering from Teesside University UK, and an MBA from the University of Durham UK. He is a registered professional engineer in Europe, a Chartered Chemical Engineer, a Chartered Scientist UK and a corporate member of the American and UK Institutes of Chemical Engineers. |
