Joseph N. Wolfe is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group in the Waukesha office. Joe focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Before joining the Firm, Joe served nine years as a combat engineer officer in the Wisconsin Army National Guard, serving in Nicaragua, Kuwait, and Iraq. Joe has experience in state and federal government in legal and policy roles. Joe has served in various capacities for the Supreme Court of Wisconsin, the Governor's Office, the Department of Military Affairs, and the U.S. House Judiciary Committee.
