Mr. Rainsbury is a partner in the Business Litigation Practice Group. He represents clients in all aspects of business litigation in both federal and state courts. Mr. Rainsbury works on a variety of business litigation matters, including contract disputes, business tort claims, and shareholder disputes. He also has substantial experience in labor and employment litigation and appellate litigation. Mr. Rainsbury joined Flippin Densmore Morse & Jessee in 2001, which merged with LeClairRyan in April 2004.
