Joe is a tax partner currently in working out of our San Francisco office. Joe has over seventeen years of experience in corporate tax planning and consulting. He has significant experience with entity structuring and divestiture strategies. He works with a wide range of corporate clients involved in many different industries. The entities range from start-up to publicly traded multinational corporations. Joe received a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. from Manhattan College.
