Joseph L. Bower is on the faculty at Harvard Business School. He joined Anika Therapeutics’ board of directors in 1993. He has held various positions at Harvard Business School since 1963, where he was named professor of business administration in 1972 and the Donald Kirk David Professor of Business Administration in 1986. He has served as chairman of the doctoral programs, director of research, senior associate dean for external relations, chair of the General Management Area and is currently chair of the General Manager Program. Dr. Bower received a bachelor of arts degree from Harvard University and a master’s degree and doctorate in business administration from the Harvard Business School. He is a director of Brown Shoe Company, Inc., ML Lee Fund II, New America High Income Fund, Sonesta International Hotels Corporation, Loews Corporation and TH Lee Putnam EOP. |
