Mr. Bonavita has extensive experience in the capital markets across various products and industries. Prior to joining Capital One Southcoast he was a founding member of the private placement group specializing in Traditional (4)2 Regulation D and 144A debt transactions at BNP Paribas Securities Corp. in New York City. While at BNP Paribas he was head of transaction origination for North and South America, Australia and globally for project finance opportunities. Prior to this he worked in the private placement group at Lehman Brothers in New York City where he focused on minority and majority equity, mezzanine and debt transactions, including convertible preferred stock, senior debt and subordinated debt with equity components, for domestic and international issuers. Mr. Bonavita received a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Fairfield University and a M.S. in Finance from Boston College. |
