Mr. Ackerman has practiced civil litigation almost twenty-five years. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including employment and civil rights, construction, land use, real estate and other contract litigation.
Mr. Ackerman has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law since 1990.
Mr. Ackerman began his career as a prosecutor with the Palm Beach County State Attorney’s Office, where he served over four years.
Recognized as one of Florida’s Super Lawyers in 2007 edition of Law & Politics, as voted by his peers.
