Mr. Skorczewski has valuation experience related to Employee Stock Ownership Plans, fairness opinions, buy/sell agreements and many other valuation purposes. Mr. Skorczewski focuses on client company research and financial analysis. He has extensive experience in analyzing public markets and merger and acquisition markets for guideline company comparisons. He is proficient in analyzing clients’ industries and the impact of current economic conditions on those industries. Prior to joining Chartwell, Mr. Skorczewski was an associate at the University of Minnesota’s Learning Abroad Center where he undertook projects on process improvement and spoke to large audiences about the study abroad experience. Mr. Skorczewski holds a Bachelor of Science and Business degree in finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. |
