After initially working at Jones, Skelton & Hochuli as an associate from 1997 to 1998, Mr. Popolizio rejoined the firm as an associate in 2000 and has been a partner since 2006. His practice areas include wrongful death, law enforcement defense, municipal liability, commercial litigation, product liability, defamation, suretyship and trucking defense. Mr. Popolizio is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and the State Bar of Arizona. He received his J.D. in 1990 from Western New England College School of Law and is admitted to practice in Arizona, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court, Districts of Arizona and Connecticut.
