Mr. Lucadamo joined Ciena in June 2007 as the Chief Audit Executive for the corporation. In this role, he is responsible for global internal audit operations focused on managing risk, improving operating effectiveness, asset protection and assessing compliance across the enterprise.
With nearly 30 years of high technology experience, Mr. Lucadamo has held positions across several diverse disciplines of business operations. Most recently he served as the Chief Audit Executive with LSI/Agere Systems, where he was responsible for the global Internal Audit and Corporate Security functions. He was also Agere’s Director of Strategic Business Systems and Processes, where he was responsible for global business processes reengineering and the integration of business support systems throughout the virtual supply chain. Prior to that, he held various roles within the Finance, IT, Corporate, Supply Chain and Operations organizations of the AT&T family of companies.
Mr. Lucadamo has also held positions in the auditing division of KPMG, Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Lucadamo holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bloomsburg State University and an MBA from Lehigh University. |
