Mr.North has been a member of the Board since 1991. He retired in 1987 as Town Administrator of Bloomfield, New Jersey after 20 years of service as the municipality’s chief administrative officer. Mr. North began his service to the Town of Bloomfield in 1958 as Town Clerk where his duties included that of Corporation Secretary to the Municipality and Executive Secretary to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment. Mr. North is a past president and a lifetime member of the New Jersey Municipal Management Association and is a former member of the International City Management Association. Mr. North is also a former president of the Bloomfield Lions Club, Bloomfield Fifth Quarter Club and Bloomfield Tennis Federation and a former member of the Board of Trustees of Bloomfield College. |
