Mr. Capper oversees all aspects of this rapidly growing specialty medical products distribution company. The company delivers critical medications and supplies to homes of individuals living with a variety of chronic disorders. Before joining CCS Medical, Mr. Capper spent nine years with Bayer Corporation’s Diagnostic Division. While at Bayer, he held escalating positions in sales, marketing and sales management. His final position was National Sales Director, in which he was responsible for leading a 180-person organization and achieving $360 million in annual sales. Before joining Bayer, Mr. Capper had an extensive career as an officer in the United States Navy. Mr. Capper holds a BS in Accounting from West Chester University and an MBA in International Finance from George Washington University. |
