Joseph G. Hadzima, Jr., a partner in Sullivan & Worcester LLP for ten years, and now of counsel to the firm, is a member of the Corporate Department of our Boston office. His practice consists of counseling new ventures on business and legal matters involved in growing entrepreneurial companies and advising financial institutions and others on computer and technology licensing matters. He has experience with a wide variety of problems for high technology clients including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and OEM and distribution agreements. Mr. Hadzima is a managing director of Main Street Partners LLC, a venture development and technology commercialization firm located in Cambridge. He is Chairman of the MIT Enterprise Forum, an entrepreneurial educational organization with 25 chapters throughout the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Israel, Canada and the United Kingdom. He was a founding judge of the MIT $50K Entrepreneurship Competition and has been a senior lecturer at the Sloan School of Management at MIT since 1984 where he teaches law and entrepreneurial subjects in the Graduate and Executive Education Programs.
