Joseph Dornfried is a partner in Carmody & Torrance’s Business Services Group. Joe practices in the areas of energy, commercial and corporate law. In recent years, his practice has involved the development, construction, acquisition, restructuring and divestiture of a variety of ventures. Clients also have retained Joe to provide hybrid legal services that involve the organization, structuring and management of complex commercial transactions.
