Joseph E. Robert Jr. is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J.E Robert Company Inc. and our manager JER Commercial Debt Advisors LLC and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of JER Investors Trust Inc. Mr. Robert also serves on our investment committee. Mr. Robert founded JER in 1981. Mr. Robert served as vice chairman of the board of the National Realty Committee and was a member of its executive committee and is a founding member of the Real Estate Roundtable. Mr. Robert is a member of the board and member of the executive committee of the Institute for International Economics. Mr. Robert is a member of the international advisory board of EuroHypo a German based commercial mortgage bank.
