Mr. Fennell, vice president and controller, is responsible for overseeing all accounting functions and policy, managing financial reporting and integrating the finance and accounting functions for all ITC Holdings Corp. business acquisitions. Prior to joining ITC, Mr. Fennell was controller at Lawrence Technological University, where he monitored account balances and procedures and provided accounting treatment for new activities. He also spent 21 years at the Detroit Edison Company, where he held a variety of finance positions including director of financial services, where he controlled $1 billion in annual capital investments. Mr. Fennell earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Wayne State University. |
