Joseph E. Cresci a founder of our Company has served as our Chairman since inception in 1982 and as Chief Executive Officer from 1982 to July 2003. Previously Mr. Cresci had held other senior management positions including CEO of a distribution business and President/COO of a subsidiary of a New York Stock Exchange listed company. Mr. Cresci has holds an A.B. degree from Princeton University and a law degree from Cornell Law School and was a member of the Pennsylvania and Massachusetts bars. Currently Mr. Cresci is a member of the Boards of Directors of the Wang Center for the Performing Arts and the Commonwealth Shakespeare Company and is an overseer of the Boston Lyric Opera and Huntington Theater Company all in Boston Massachusetts. |
