Joseph E. Catenacci is a principal owner of The Carlo Companies which includes seven affiliated construction and development companies. The most prominent of the Carlo Companies are the following corporations: John Carlo, Inc., National Asphalt Products, Inc., Trinity Land Development, Odessa Builders, Inc., Southern Pavements, LLC and Renaissance Precast Industries, LLC.
Mr. Catenacci has been a member of the Corporate Board of Mt. Clemens General Hospital since 1990. In 1991, he was elected to the hospital's Board of Trustees and has served in this capacity as well since then.
