Background/Experience:
Received Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from Le Moyne College.
Over 17 years of public accounting experience including 13 years with the Syracuse office of a national accounting firm.
Joe's client service experience incorporates all aspects of providing domestic, international and multi-state tax compliance and planning (including mergers, acquisitions and divestiture assistance) for corporations and their shareholders in the manufacturing, construction, hi-tech, wholesale distribution and service businesses.
Joe also has extensive experience with FASB 109 income tax reporting and has assisted in the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act as it relates to internal controls over the income tax function.
