Mr. Cohen's practice focuses on products liability, asbestos litigation, general negligence, contract disputes and lease disputes. He has also handled medical malpractice, employment discrimination and sexual harassment lawsuits. Mr. Cohen has tried cases to jury verdict as both first and second chair counsel, has had a significant motion practice, and has presented over one hundred cases at mediation. He has defended suits in numerous counties in Texas and in Louisiana, Alabama, Florida, Pennsylvania, New Mexico and New York.
