Mr. Pizzurro has been with the Firm since 1976 and a partner since 1985. He has had extensive experience in a full range of commercial, securities and business-related litigation throughout the United States, at both the trial and appellate levels. He also has a wide range of experience in international commercial arbitration having acted as counsel for both claimants and defendants in proceedings conducted in the United States and abroad, including proceedings conducted under the auspices of the AAA, ICC and arbitrations utilizing the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. He has represented foreign states, state-owned entities, and intergovernmental organizations as well as publicly and privately held companies located in the United States and abroad.
