Mr. Pasquarella has over 25 years of expertise in valuation and counseling of all major types of real estate including commercial, industrial, office, multi-family, mixed-use, and special-purpose properties, with a particular expertise in the valuation of investment grade real property. Mr. Pasquarella has been a real estate consultant since 1973, entering the real estate industry as a Senior Appraiser for the Real Estate Investment Department of the Prudential Insurance Company of America. From 1976 through 1979, he was part of a well-known Philadelphia regional valuation and counseling firm specializing in institutional real estate investment and litigation support. In February 1980, Mr. Pasquarella established Joseph Dennis Pasquarella & Co., Inc. locating operations in the Philadelphia CBD. Mr. Pasquarella has a broad range of experience in valuation and analysis of all types of real estate including commercial, industrial, office, multi-family, mixed-use, and special-purpose properties. He has developed a particular expertise in the valuation of investment grade real property. He has also been engaged by domestic and offshore investment partnerships to conduct marketability, feasibility, and various valuation consultation assignments. |
